Terms of Service
Last updated September 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Alora account or using Alora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Alora on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and one-time codes confidential; they are yours alone.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@alora.ph if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Organizations and Authorized Users
Work in Alora happens inside an organization. The person who creates an organization becomes its owner, and owners and administrators may invite other people and decide what each member can do through roles.
- Organization owners and administrators control membership and access for their organization.
- Members may see and act on organization information according to the role they are given.
- Removing a member ends their access to that organization, but not their Alora account.
- An organization is responsible for the people it invites and for how they use the organization's information.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Alora, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- send unsolicited or deceptive messages through the service;
- upload malicious code, or try to gain access to accounts, organizations or data that are not yours;
- interfere with, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service to store or distribute unlawful or infringing content.
5. Event Data
Organizations use Alora to manage events and, as the service grows, information about the people attending them. The organization decides what information it collects and remains responsible for it.
- Organizations must have a lawful basis for collecting and using attendee information.
- Organizations must give attendees appropriate notice about how their information is used.
- Alora processes this information to provide the service to the organization.
See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep Alora available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause interruptions. Features may change as the product develops.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or deactivate an account or an organization that appears to breach these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice and an opportunity to put things right.
You may stop using Alora at any time and may delete your account from your profile settings.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Alora develops. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify organization owners by email. Continuing to use Alora after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
